In this article we will briefly explain why it is important to use the bench press, Squat &amp; deadlift when training to get stronger.<\/p>\n<h2><strong> Bench press <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The bench press is the exercise for a bigger and stronger chest. In addition to your chest, you also train your triceps and shoulders in this exercise. We can of course tell you how to perform this exercise, but there are thousands of videos on YouTube to help you perform the perfect crate. With the squat you train your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, calves, back and abs. Sounds too good to be true, doesn&#8217;t it? However, the squat has all kinds of variants. The most commonly performed squats are the barbell back, barbell front, overhead squat, and pistol squats.
