The Curves strength training program has been developed so that a full workout lasts only 30 minutes. With 46 gyms throughout the Netherlands, Curves is accessible to virtually every woman. You can find their fitness centres in areas such as Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Groningen, Utrecht and The Hague. Your Curves membership gives you access to all Curves Clubs. Curves has two different types of clubs: Curves clubs and Curves Smart clubs. The Curves clubs all offer the Curves program. The Curves Smart clubs also have a digital coaching system.
